In 2004 we took a strategic decision to introduce a Control Systems Audit to ensure the security of our competitiveness. In 2005 we successfully introduced the CSA, built on the international standard EN ISO 9001:2000. The goal was to demonstrate our ability to provide consistent product satisfying customer requirements, including continuous improvement and to avoid inconsistencies in our business.
In 2009 we successfully passed the control management audit and again defended CSA according to ISO 9001:2008
